This is a pleasantly situated resort, positioned in 310 acres of privately owned land on its own island meaning a small leisurely boat trip to an exclusive experience is well worth a visit.

Waterford Castle holds 19 elegant bedrooms each one offering gracious style combined with all the modern comforts you might expect of a world class hotel establishment. Each of the 5 suites has a private sitting room and 14 deluxe bedrooms are en-suite twins and doublekings.

Rather than stay in the Castle Hotel, you may enjoy the luxurious 3 & 4 Bedroom holiday homes within it's 320 acre island resort, superbly designed, the comfortable and stylish lodges provide the perfect escape. Discreetly situated in a secluded enclave on the edge of the resort golf course alongside the 11th fairway and adjacent to the 10th green.

Food and Drink

The Resort prides itself with the traditional standards of the Club House Bar and Restaurant with snacks and dining menu, catering for groups of 20 to 100 people for golf societies.

Alternatively there are lighter snacking rooms or fine dining options in a range of dedicated rooms. From oak paneled walls and ornate ceilings, complemented exciting seasonal menus in the Munster Room. The Grand Entrance Hall offers a more delicate menu of pastries and scones with tea and champagne. Alternatively The Fitzgerald Room can be used for relaxed meetings for cocktails and light snacks.
