Riviera Golf Resort

Riviera Golf Resort is a true oasis of peace and quiet, where a clever design has successfully blended nature, hospitality, sport and wellbeing. A few kilometres from the Romagna Riviera, it is a beautiful design jewel immersed in the green, the result of the creativity of architects, engineers and landscapers.

The golf course meanders along the right bank of the River Conca, an area of outstanding natural beauty and notable avifaunal interest. The 18-hole course was planned by the famous designer Graham Cooke to adapt to the gently rolling hills of the countryside near San Giovanni in Marignano. The joy of playing golf is the philosophy the course designer has succeeded in transferring to the 18 holes, which cover 6,412 metres. As well as two 18-hole putting greens and brand new pitching and chipping greens - created by emphasising the three-dimensional effect so golfers can work on their deep shots - there is a driving range with heated, floodlit stations.

After the game, prepare to be pampered at Rivierabeauty where, as well as a sauna, steam bath and whirlpool course, the beauty centre offers a vast range of treatments. At Rivieragolfresort, surrounded by the lush green countryside of the Malatesta Seignory, where the tranquillity of the inland area meets the best local flavours and fragrances, guests can enjoy a wonderful mix of sport, relaxation and wellness. 9 brand new pitch & putt holes were also inaugurated in spring 2011.

The club is just 5 minutes from the most beautiful beaches of the Adriatic Riviera. Guests can shop in Viale Ceccarini and visit the theme parks of Oltremare and Aquafan in Riccione, Monte San Bartolo Nature Park, Regina Museum and Le Navi Aquarium in Cattolica and the Roman ruins, Malatesta Temple, designed by Alberti, and Municipal Museum in the old town centre of Rimini.

Riviera Suites

The riviera suites in the central unit, 6 of which feature private gardens, and 6 with balcony overlooking the golf course. Each unique, designed and developed by 14 different internationally-famous designers. Going into each room is a special experience. The suites are all furnished with high level items and attention paid to the tiniest detail. They are perfect for meeting every demand and taste of the guests. Each solution has been designed to make the room more interesting, practical or just to spoil you that little bit extra. The suites are all equipped with plasma television, broadband internet connection, sky TV, air conditioning, direct telephone, safe, mini bar and hairdryer. Pets are also welcome.

Tee Restaurant and Lounge

The Tee Restaurant and Lounge, an evocative design ambiance, can accommodate up to 150 guests. During the day, the large French windows that open up onto the elliptical swimming pool and the green of the golf courses take you into a uniquely light room. In the evening, the silver candelabrums are turned on, creating a gentle, elegant atmosphere.

The chef, Tiziano Rossetti, student of Gualtiero Marchesi, proposes a masterful seasonal cuisine from the traditions of his land, Emilia Romagna, blended with ingredients from all over the world. His cuisine is light, fresh, essential and refined, with simple methods.

The chef loves to play around with contrasting consistencies and acidity, assigning great importance to the perception of individual flavours.

At lunchtime, a quick service and gold leaf tablecloths provide you with a one-stop dish including a taste of a first course (usually pasta or rice), a mini second course portion (fish or meat), and a side dish, all washed down with a fine glass of wine. Perfect for golfers' needs, or for business brunch at a special price.

At dinner, the atmosphere changes. The dishes are more elaborate and created from refined ingredients, served carefully in a room lit up by elegant candelabrums.
